Thanks for shopping with Picaflor Live-Culture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been tampered with by the consumer. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you accidentally left your Picaflor Hot Sauce outside of the fridge for an extended period of time, we are not responsible for spoiled product. If you do not like the taste of your product and would like to exchange it we will gladly swap it out for an equally priced product. Please email info@picaflor.co with your return inquiry and be sure to include your order number.

Refunds

If you're not happy with your Picaflor product we'll gladly refund you and refund your credit card or original payment method. Please email info@picaflor.co with your order number so we can process your refund. While we encourage you to return the products, we understand that isn't always possible. However, once we do receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and what possibly went wrong with it.  You will receive the refunded credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
